BYD Atto 2: the original Active/Boost battery is not the later Comfort pack.
How much range and DC charging speed does the European Atto 2 Comfort gain over Active and Boost?
BYD's February 2025 Atto 2 launch listed Active/Boost with a 45.12 kWh battery, 312 km WLTP combined and 65 kW peak DC charging. Its November 2025 Comfort release adds a 64.8 kWh battery, 430 km WLTP and 155 kW peak DC; BYD quotes 10–80% in 25 minutes for Comfort versus 37 minutes for earlier editions.
Applicable to: European Atto 2 battery-electric vehicle: Active and Boost original February 2025 manufacturer launch; later Comfort edition November 2025. Excludes ATTO 2 DM-i plug-in hybrid, ATTO 3 and later geographic/production specifications.

Match the exact vehicle.
Check 1
Atto 2 EV and Atto 2 DM-i are different powertrains. The plug-in hybrid has a combustion engine and does not inherit these EV battery or DC figures.
Check 2
The February and November 2025 sources describe separate product introductions. Exact local trim names, approval and charging equipment must match the production car.
Check 3
The 65/155 kW figures are advertised DC peaks, not rates held through a charging session. Do not estimate guaranteed charging duration or service procedures from battery capacity alone.
Where the numbers came from
Original BYD Europe Atto 2 February 7 2025 press specification for Active/Boost compared with original BYD Europe November 19 2025 Comfort launch. Kept original February 45.12 kWh precision for Active/Boost and BYD's later 64.8 kWh Comfort label, and used original paired WLTP and DC ratings. No unpublished drivetrain or charging-curve claim.
